Acceptance of Terms

By participating in Gaming Warehouse tournaments and leagues, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not participate.

Eligibility

  • - Participants must be at least 18 years old.
  • - Residents of Arizona, Hawaii, Iowa, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, and South Dakota are not eligible to participate due to legal restrictions.
  • - Participants must have access to NHL 25 by EA Sports and an online connection.
  • - By entering, you confirm that participation is legal in your jurisdiction.

Entry Fees & Payments

  • - Tournament entry fees must be paid via Stripe.
  • - No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • - Chargebacks or fraudulent transactions will result in immediate disqualification and potential legal action.

Tournament Rules

  • - All participants must adhere to the official Tournament Rules.
  • - Any violation of the rules may result in disqualification, with no refund.

Payouts

  • - Winnings will be paid out via Stripe to the account used for entry.
  • - Payouts will be processed within 3-7 business days after the tournament concludes.
  • - Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes on winnings.

Disputes & Final Say

  • - Gaming Warehouse retains the final decision-making authority on all disputes, match results, and rule interpretations.
  • - If a dispute arises, participants agree to follow the dispute resolution process outlined in the Tournament Rules.

Code of Conduct

  • - Cheating, hacking, account sharing, or toxic behavior (harassment, threats, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
  • - Violations will result in disqualification and potential bans from future tournaments.

Limitation of Liability

  • - Gaming Warehouse is not responsible for internet issues, game crashes, disconnections, or EA Sports server outages.
  • - We are not liable for lost winnings due to incorrect payment information provided by the participant.

Amendments & Updates

  • - These Terms may be updated at any time without notice. Continued participation after updates constitutes agreement to the new Terms.
